Your shipment of parcels

Packages are usually shipped within 24 hours after receipt of payment and are shipped via Colissimo with tracking and delivery without signature. If you prefer delivery with required signature, an additional cost will be applied. Whatever your shipping choice, we will provide you with a link to track your parcel online.

Shipping costs include handling and packing fees as well as shipping costs. Handling costs are fixed, while transportation costs vary depending on the total weight of the shipment. We recommend that you consolidate your items in one order. We cannot group two separate orders placed separately, and delivery fees will apply to each of them. Your parcel is shipped to your risks and perils, but special care is provided for the protection of fragile objects.

The boxes are extensively sized and your items are well protected.

Conditions Return of a Product

Your products have reached you, but they may not fully meet your expectations. No worries, you can return them to us. You have 14 days to send them back from the date of receipt. During Christmas period (from November 15 to January 15), this duration is extended to 30 days.

Terms of return: New, unlave, unlave, labeled, with the return form to the back of the duly completed delivery voucher or the invoice available from your customer account, "My orders".

PREPARE YOUR RETUR

Report your return by accessing your order on your customer account. As soon as your return request is accepted, you will be able to generate and print an already outdated label to return the package to Colissimo (valued only from France metropolis).
