Product Return Conditions

Your parcel shipment

Packages are usually shipped within 24 hours of receipt of payment and are shipped via Colissimo with tracking and delivery without signature. If you prefer delivery with signature required, an additional cost will be applied. Regardless of your shipping choice, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping costs include handling and packaging fees as well as postage. Handling fees are fixed, while transport fees vary depending on the total weight of the shipment. We recommend that you group your items into one order. We cannot group two separate orders placed separately, and delivery fees will apply to each of them. Your package is shipped at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile items.

The boxes are amply sized and your items are well protected.

Conditions for returning a product

Your products have reached you, but they may not fully meet your expectations. Don't worry, you can return them to us. You have 14 days to return them to us from the date of receipt. During the Christmas period (from November 15 to January 15), this period is extended to 30 days.

Return conditions: New item, unworn, unwashed, labeled, with the return form on the back of the delivery note duly completed or the invoice available from your customer account, “my orders” section.

PREPARE YOUR RETURN

Report your return by accessing your order on your customer account. As soon as your return request is accepted, you will be able to generate and print a pre-paid label to return the package to us by Colissimo (valid only from mainland France).
