Dispatched from the workshop within 24 to 48 working hours (orders placed before 2 pm ship the same day). Mainland France: Colissimo €7.90, free from €150, delivery in 2-3 working days. European Union: €12, free from €150. We also ship to Switzerland, the United Kingdom and Canada.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes: 30 days to change your mind, with free returns from mainland France using a prepaid label, whether for a refund or an exchange.

What guarantees come with the sweaters?

Every sweater knitted by our workshop comes with a lifetime anti-pilling guarantee — if it pills, we replace it — and is repairable for life by the artisans who made it: elbow patches, stitch repairs, buttons, at workshop prices.

Where are your products made?

Our sweaters have been knitted and sewn since 1986 in our workshop in Beaussais-sur-Mer, Brittany, which holds the Living Heritage Company (EPV) label — discover our 100% virgin wool and merino wool sweaters. The Breton tops are made in Portugal, and some accessories come from partner houses. You are free to visit the workshop.
