You are responsible for the shipping costs to send your item to us for repair. We will cover the return shipping costs. Repair times may vary depending on the complexity of the repair and the workload of our workshop. We will notify you upon receipt of your item.
In the event of significant damage to your product, we reserve the right to refuse the repair if we consider that it does not guarantee a satisfactory level of quality or if it is not feasible.
