Shipping policy

Preparing your order — Your parcel is prepared at our workshop in Beaussais-sur-Mer and shipped within 24-48 working hours (Monday–Friday). Orders placed before 2 pm usually ship the same day.
Mainland France — Tracked Colissimo: €7.90 — free over €150. Delivery in 2-3 working days.
European Union — Colissimo Europe: €12 — free over €150. Prices include VAT — nothing to pay on delivery.
Switzerland — Tracked Colissimo: €15. No customs duties on our sweaters. On delivery, Swiss Post collects Swiss VAT (8.1%) and a customs handling fee (approx. CHF 15).
United Kingdom — Tracked Colissimo: €15, for orders of €160 or more. As our sweaters are made in France: 0% customs duties (EU-UK agreement); UK VAT is collected on delivery.
Canada — Tracked Colissimo: €29. CETA agreement + French origin: 0% duties. Local taxes (5-15% depending on the province) and a handling fee (CA$9.95) are collected by Canada Post on delivery.
Other destinations — Colissimo International: €25. Any duties and taxes in the destination country are payable by the recipient.
United States — We do not currently ship to the United States (postal links suspended). We hope to resume soon.
Returns — 30 days to change your mind — free returns from mainland France, prepaid label included.
