No need to worry! If a product is out of stock, you have two options.

How does it work?

• The back-in-stock alert: on the product page, click “Notify me when it's back” — you will receive an email as soon as your size returns, together with the month it is due to be knitted.
• You can also have your sweater personalised (cut, neckline, colour, composition).
• Workshop adjustment: on eligible models, we adjust the sleeves and the length to your measurements before dispatch.

Your order is prepared and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours from our workshop in Brittany. Delivery times and costs then depend on the destination:

Mainland France and Monaco: Colissimo €7.90, free from €150 — delivery in 2 to 3 working days.

European Union: €12, free from €150 — no extra charges on arrival.

Switzerland: €15 — Swiss VAT and customs clearance fees (around CHF 15) payable on arrival, 0% customs duty.

United Kingdom: €15 — orders from €160, UK VAT payable on arrival.

Canada: €29 — 0% customs duty under the CETA agreement, local taxes payable on arrival.

We do not currently ship to the United States.

Exchanging or returning an item is simple: you have 30 days from receipt to change your mind.

1. Request your return on our website or by email.

2. We send you a prepaid return label: returns are free from mainland France.

3. Send the item back unworn, in its original packaging, with the tags intact.

4. Full refund as soon as our workshop receives the item.

Wrong size? The exchange is on us: we send you the right size at no extra cost (mainland France).

From outside France, return shipping remains at the customer's expense.
