Returning an Item

If your purchase isn’t quite what you hoped for, don’t worry! You have 30 days from the date you receive it to return a product. For the festive season, purchases made from 1 November to 24 December 2026 can be returned until 15 January 2027.

Returns from mainland France are free. We cover the cost of sending the item back to our workshop, and the cost of shipping your replacement in the case of an exchange. From other countries, return shipping is at your expense.

Return Conditions

  • Item new, unworn, unwashed and still tagged.
  • Include the delivery note.

How to Prepare Your Return

Reporting your return

Open your order from your customer account and request a return, or email us at contact@baiedescaps.com, stating the size you want if you prefer an exchange. Once it has been accepted, pack your items in their original packaging. Add the delivery note so that we can identify your order. From mainland France, we send you a prepaid return label: the return costs you nothing. From other countries, return shipping is at your expense.

Processing your return

As soon as your parcel reaches us, we ship the items in the size you want, or refund the bank card used for payment.
