Your Parcel Shipment

  • Fast shipping : Packages are shipped within 24 hours after receipt of payment, via Colissimo with tracking and delivery without signature.
  • Signature required option available at additional cost.
  • Tracking : A link to track your package online is provided regardless of your shipping option.

  • Handling charges are fixed, but shipping charges vary depending on the total weight of the shipment.

  • Packages are carefully prepared to protect your items, especially fragile items.

Return of a Product

If your purchase does not fully meet your expectations, don't panic ! You have 14 days to return a product from the date of receipt.

Exception :
 For orders placed between November 15 and January 15 (Christmas period), the return period is extended to 30 days .

Return Conditions

  • New , unworn , unwashed and tagged item.
  • Include the return form (on the back of the delivery note) or the invoice (available in your customer account, “My orders” section).

How to Prepare for Your Return

Report your return

  • Access your order from your customer account and request a return.
  • Once accepted, print the prepaid shipping label (only valid in mainland France).

Prepare your package

  • Place the items in their original packaging.
  • Add the completed return form to the package.

  • Upon receipt, we will proceed to:
  • Sending items in the desired size .
  • Or refund to the bank card used for payment.

Important note:

  • If your return reduces the final amount of your order below €150 , a shipping charge of €9.95 including VAT will be applied.
