  • Fast dispatch: parcels are shipped within 24 hours of payment, via Colissimo with tracking and delivery without signature, or Chronopost to a pickup point.
  • Tracking: a link to follow your parcel online is provided whichever shipping option you choose.

Shipping costs:

  • They include handling, packaging and transport.
  • Handling is charged at a flat rate, while transport varies with the total weight of the parcel.
  • Tip: group your items into a single order to save on shipping.
  • Shipping is free on any order over €150 delivered in mainland France.

  • Every parcel is carefully packed to protect what you have bought.

Return of a Product

If your purchase isn't quite what you hoped for, don't worry! You have 30 days from the date you receive it to return a product.

Returns are free. We cover the cost of sending the item back to our workshop, and the cost of shipping your replacement in the case of an exchange.

Return Conditions

  • Item new, unworn, unwashed and still tagged.
  • Include the delivery note.

How to Prepare for Your Return

Reporting your return

Open your order from your customer account and request a return. Once it has been accepted, pack your items in their original packaging. Add the delivery note so that we can identify your order. We send you a prepaid return label: the return costs you nothing.

Processing your return

As soon as your parcel reaches us, we ship the items in the size you want, or refund the bank card used for payment.
