Yes, you can have your order delivered to the address of your choice. When ordering, simply indicate the delivery address you want. You can therefore choose to have your purchases delivered directly to your home, to another address or even to a relay point.
If the product you wish to purchase is not in stock on the site, it is possible to order it via the "Pre-order" feature. This service allows you to personalize your sweater with a manufacturing time of up to 10 weeks. This gives you the possibility of receiving the product even if it is not immediately available in stock.
Delivery times vary depending on the destination. In France, delivery is generally fast, with an estimated time of between 24 and 48 hours for shipments via Colissimo, after preparation of the order.
To exchange an item, you must first cancel the order by making a standard return within 30 days.
Any returned item must be in its original packaging and labeled.
Download the return label from our website to return the item to us by post free of charge.
Upon receipt of the returned item, the refund will be made by our customer service. We refund the total amount ordered, including delivery costs (only the standard choice: colissimo without signature. Any supplement inherent to the choice of delivery is excluded from the refund).
