Nos pulls marins : une fabrication rigoureuse et des étapes maîtrisées

Once they arrive in our workshop, the bobbins are placed on our knitting machines and then we start knitting the wool sweater panels (front, back, sleeves and collar). Brave the weather with our sailor sweater, its tight, wind-resistant knit is the result of many years of knitting. Our knitting programs are improved, optimized, the settings of our knitting machines are checked and perfected. The size of the first knitted panel is checked against the sewing pattern and then we start the series. We check the stitches of each panel. On the press table, we stabilize the wool with a steam and suction movement. This prevents the wool from fraying. You will appreciate the fitted cut of our sailor sweater that easily adapts to your body shape. On our cutting table, we superimpose the panels ten at a time and cut them according to the measurements of the pattern. When making, the panels are assembled together using an overlocker. The stitcher is used to attach labels and mark stops. Enjoy our sailor sweater whose knit density guarantees its durable quality and its cut will adjust to your body over the years: an ideal sailor sweater for the beach. Each sweater is ironed and meticulously checked throughout our manufacturing process. The buttons and then the buttonhole are used to finalize the sailor sweater. Each sweater is then folded and bagged, ready to go.
