It follows a long journey before arriving in the form of reels in our workshop. Why New Zealand (or Australia)? Their sheep have longer hair and the cuts are more regular thanks to their exotic climate. The bales of virgin wool are washed then transformed into threads in Italian spinning mills. This thread is dyed, reeled before being sent.
