Home Baie des Caps, we are implementing a new innovative and responsible initiative. Our Upcycled products are much more than a collection, it is a movement, a desire to adopt a sustainable vision in everything we do.

A new era of sustainable creativity and environmental awareness. From the collaboration between the BAIE DES CAPS workshop and the ESAT de QUEVERT, this collection reflects our commitment to local employment and social reintegration.

Upcycling, what is it?

Overcycling, or overcycling, is the process of transforming materials or end-of-life products into new value objects. This approach aims at minimizing waste and the environmental impact of production, while enhancing what would otherwise be considered waste. The overcycling will be different depending on the activity that the company can exercise. At the level of the textile industry we are constantly looking for innovation in order to minimize our waste and use it to create a new collection.

The approach to Baie des Caps

We took this philosophy to heart. By enhancing cuts and panels that do not meet our rigorous standards for our sea sweaters, we transform what could have been waste into new products. Our first series of products "Upcycled" includes marine, emerald navy and beige taupe, embellished by embroidery inspired by the sea.

Overcycling is beneficial in many ways. Not only does it reduce waste, it also allows to create unique products.
